About the event

This is a japanse cultural event called hikari no matsuri conducted by the team isshoni nihongo from chennai institute of technology. we expect 500 to 1000 students. it is an inter college event. we conduct workshops, cosplay, fun activities, competitions and food stalls.

 On behalf of Chennai Institute of Technology, I would like to cordially invite your company, to partner with us as a sponsor for the Japanese-themed festival, Hikari no Matsuri, which translates to “Festival of Lights”, at Chennai Institute of Technology, Kundrathur. This event is an immersive celebration of the Japanese culture, tradition and art. This event will be held on the end of August at Chennai Institute of Technology, Kundrathur, and is expected to welcome over 1000+ attendees.

Sponser category 
1. Platinum (50 k and above) Title partner, promoted on all events and special banner will be developed 
2. Gold ( 20k to 30k) Title partner can't be provided and promoted in all events 
3. Silver (15k and below) on your specific event you will be promoted
( For all the stall rent will be charged depending on the area you need )
