We’ll start the morning flowing through a signature classical Pilates session designed to energize and strengthen you. After class, explore a curated lineup of wellness activations created to nourish both body and mind:

Each event brings together 20–100+ primarily Latina women in their 20s–30s who are passionate about Pilates, wellness, skincare, and culturally rooted self-care rituals.

Alyssa Perez

I’m Alyssa Perez, founder of Inner Sol Studio in Chicago and creator of Café con Pilates, a signature wellness series blending Pilates, coffee, and community care. As a Latina acupuncturist, Pilates teacher, and wellness entrepreneur, I’ve built my brand around making health practices culturally resonant and accessible.

 

My work has been featured through community collaborations across Chicago, where I’ve hosted sold-out events, healing circles, and creative activations that celebrate identity, culture, and collective well-being. With a growing, highly engaged following on Instagram and I use social platforms not only to fill events but to amplify the brands I partner with.

At the heart of my work is the belief that wellness should feel both accessible and celebratory. Sponsors who support my events become part of that mission, helping me bring movement, healing, and community rituals to more people, while aligning with an audience that is deeply loyal to the brands they see represented in these spaces.
