    Health and Wellness Expo: Nourishing Lives, Inspiring Communities

    We are delighted to announce an upcoming Health and Wellness Expo, a unique initiative designed to empower communities with the knowledge, tools, and inspiration to lead healthier lives. This event will blend impactful health education with an engaging culinary experience through cooking demonstrations, making it a celebration of wellness in all its forms

    Date: 25 - 27th July, 2025

    Venue: Techiman, Ghana 

     

    The Health and Wellness Expo will feature diverse interactive zones, including:

    - Health Checkup Booths: Free screening services for blood pressure, glucose levels, BMI, and other essential health metrics to promote early detection of non-communicable diseases.  

    - Educational Workshops: Expert-led sessions on topics such as preventive care, mental health, nutrition, and fitness.
